What I'm Thankful For

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I thought I'd take a short break from atheism to reflect on some of the random crap that I usually take for granted.

First of all, I'm thankful for unicorn art, especially the stomach-churningly precious type seen below:

Indeed, my fondness for unicorn art knows no bounds. I'm thankful for it all, regardless of size, shape, or color. For instance, I love me some unicorn-penis art, and unicorn-with-STD art:

(Don't forget the unicorn tattoos either.)

I'm also thankful for the more substantial things in life, like videos of people playing a really tough version of Super Mario World:

Furthermore, I'm thankful that I live in a world that appreciates the value of music. Nothing brightens my day quite like a deep cut from a William Shatner album.

It's true that there are many bad things going on the world today: war, disease, hunger, Old Dogs. But human innovation has also created many great things, whether it's a picture of a unicorn with a penis instead of a horn, Super Mario, or a novelty celebrity album. We must do our best to fully appreciate these simple pleasures, and to a lesser extent, we should be thankful to have our families and our friends.

Love that Super Mario vid. I know that there is a similar video of an impossible version of Super Mario Bros. 1. And then there is this nifty song:

No, don't know where to find it (though I haven't looked). Tell me if you figure it out.
